QUESTIONS

What does WHOIS show and what doesn't it show?

WHOIS shows the registrar, the dates and the technical details of a domain, but the owner's contacts in the .ru, .рф and .su zones are most often hidden. So WHOIS alone isn't enough – we supplement it with open sources and analysis.

Why check the owner before a deal?

To understand who you're actually dealing with and who has the right to dispose of the domain. This reduces the risk of transferring a domain from someone who has no right to do so.

Is this legal?

Yes. We use only legal sources and methods – open data and available information. We don't use any unlawful means of obtaining information.
