QUESTIONS

Can I complete the identification myself?

Yes. If the administrator's data matches a verified Gosuslugi account (ESIA), linking usually goes through normally. Difficulties arise when there's a mismatch in the name or tax ID (INN) – the request then goes to manual review, and that's where we help.

What kind of Gosuslugi account do I need?

You'll need a verified account. You can verify it through a bank, an MFC (a multi-function public services centre), Russian Post, or with an electronic signature. This is the basis for administrator identification under Federal Law No. 569-FZ.

What if the name or tax ID (INN) doesn't match?
