Do I lose control of the domain?

No. Ownership and the procedure for returning control are fixed in the contract. The trusted representative is responsible for administration, not for owning the domain.

Why do I need a trusted representative?

When you need a stable, verified administrator in Russia, when data confidentiality matters, or when you're abroad and can't complete identification in person. We fill that role under contract.

Can I take control back?

Yes, at any time, on the terms of the contract. We'll transfer administration back to you or to a person you nominate.
